DAMAGED/ DEFECTIVE ITEMS / WRONG ITEMS
We do our best to make sure your orders are well packaged and securely sealed. If the product arrives damaged or incorrect, please email info@goldlushbeauty.com along with a photo of defective item within 7 days.
CHANGE MIND
If you simply change your mind and wish to exchange or refund. Please contact us within 24 hours. Please send the products with RMA Number. We do not cover shipping expenses.
DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
If you received merchandise that has been damaged during transit, we’ll provide exchange or refund we do not cover shipping expenses.
RETURN USED ITEM
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
ALLERGIC REACTION
In a case of Allergic Reaction, please contact within 7 days. We will provide the RMA Number and return products with RMA Number about initial purchase.
Refund : We will refund once a product is received. The customer is responsible for paying shipping expense.
Exchange : We will exchange once a product is received. The customer is responsible for paying return shipping expense and GOLD LUSH will ship products at no additional cost. It cannot be exchanged or refunded with the same product as the initial purchase.
REFUND COUPON CODE
If the coupon code didn’t apply to online purchase, we will refund discounted amount of the price, the coupon code cannot be used twice. Only refundable from the subtotal amount(excluding tax, shipping fee).
INTERNATIONAL RETURN
If you wish to return, please immediately contact to GOLD LUSH at info@goldlushbeauty.com. Upon a return case, we can offer return and exchange. Any duty charged by customs is receiver’s responsibility. GOLD LUSH will not reimburse the duty paid or charges created at the customs.
LOST / MISSING ITEMS
We do not cover the missing or lost items due to delivery company.
PACKAGES RETURNED TO US:
If a delivery company returns a package to us due to an incorrect address given by a customer, the additional shipping charge will apply to deliver to correct address.
FAIL TO DELIVER FOR SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION
Packages returned to us because they were not picked up:
If your package is sent “signature confirmation” and you fail to pick it up at UPS location, please contact us at info@goldlushbeauty.com.
Only products purchased from goldlushbeauty.com will be accepted for return or exchange.
