OMG! Dizzolv'it Makeup Melt is a luxurious balm-to-milk, soft blue cleansing balm that effortlessly removes suncream, makeup and impurities. It rinses clean effortlessly while thoroughly removing makeup and gently purifying the skin.
HOW TO USE:
• Use morning and night.
• Gently massage onto dry skin for 1-2 minutes
• Using a warm cloth, wipe the balm from your skin sweeping over closed eyes to remove makeup
• Balm will turn milky as it cleanses the skin
• Rinse any excess with warm water
